Returns policy
We really hope that you won’t want or need to return your fan, but if you do, returning your fan is an option. We genuinely apologise for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced; we appreciate your understanding, and we value your feedback.
If want to return an item, you have 30 days to send it back after the delivery date. Please make sure the fan and box are unused because we can’t accept returns for used items.
We’ll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method as soon as we get it back. You will need to pay to send your fan back, sorry, we don’t offer free returns.
To return your order please send it to the following address and make sure you include a slip with your order number inside, so we know who you are.

Damaged items
Every fan is a fabulous and one-of-a-kind creation, as they are lovingly hand-finished, ensuring that no two fans are alike. We go the extra mile to give each item a thorough inspection before it leaves our hands, ensuring it’s top-notch. We’re really sorry that your order ended up arriving damaged. Let’s make it right and get you fanning in style as soon as!

You don’t need to return it, but please keep your damaged fan and take a photo so we can understand what’s happened and sort if for you.
